The cottage works great for couples, families with small children. It's a quiet neighborhood for an easy getaway. It is not a party location and the City of Santa Cruz has a strict sound ordinance.

The Bedroom over looks garden area and is separated by 7 foot wall of Hard wood cherry shelves from the living room area. There is visual privacy but not sound privacy. Its a perfect peaceful getaway for a couple, or couple with small children. Beautiful cherry floors, granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer. 2 person slate shower, bamboo garden with hot tub. Out swing french doors open to patio, BBQ, Lavender garden and yard.

The queen bed is separated from the living room by a bank of 7 foot wall of cabinets. There is also an option for a comfortable queen aerobes bed height with a headboard plus the sectional couch.
