Boats ramps accessing Lake Macquarie and the ocean are less than 100m away.
Sleeping up to 5 people, Waterside Retreat has a modern interior and is deceptively spacious with 2 large bedrooms, a lounge and a front sitting room with divan and easy chair.
Relax with a cuppa and enjoy the view towards the channel from the front porch.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, upright stove with oven, large bench with stools, breakfast table and Smart TV.
The lounge room has a large comfy leather couch with plenty of room for everyone to relax, chat and watch a movie on the Smart TV.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV (with Fetch Box) and plenty of room for your clothing in the built-in wardrobe. Just off the bedroom is an area that can be used as a parent’s retreat to sit and soak up the view.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds and plenty of cupboard space – with books, games and toys.
The front room has a divan which can be set up as a comfy 5th bed as well as a lounge chair to relax and read a book.
The bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet and there's an additional toilet just outside the back door.
The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer and an extra fridge.
Out the back is an undercover alfresco area with a BBQ and seating. There is also a shower to wash off the sand from the beach.
