Fitted with a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable sofa-bed, you can relax here after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home!
The studio also has an amazing Queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The normal capacity of this flat is 4 persons, but can be extended to 6 with the sofa bed.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Gare du Nord station is only a 10-minute walk away, making this an ideal location for travelers.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200€ smoking fee, at minimum.
