The apartment is a duplex on second floor (ground +1). On the first level: entrance, a living room and kitchen, terrasse with dining table. There are two bedrooms (one queen, one single), one shower room, and a toilet. There is a TV, a washing machine on that floor.
Upstairs: a master bedroom (Queen) with shower room and toilet and walking closet. There is a small reading area as well.
The entire apartment has air conditioning.
