The apartment is a duplex on second floor (ground +1). On the first level: entrance, a living room and kitchen, terrasse with dining table. There are two bedrooms (one queen, one single), one shower room, and a toilet. There is a TV, a washing machine on that floor.
Upstairs: a master bedroom (Queen) with shower room and toilet and walking closet. There is a small reading area as well.
The entire apartment has air conditioning.
There is a swimming pool on building grounds.
The parking spots (2) are underground, right next the stairs and building elevator!

Fishermen point (Nuuroa) is one of the most cherished neighborhood of Punaauia. It is a quiet neighborhood where traditional lifestyle coexist with more modern choices. You will see traditional Fisher folks in their va'a, surfers and body borders going to nearby sapinus spot, families and visitors going through the Muséum of Tahiti and its garden. It is close to a small mall with grocery store, French bakery, clothing ans souvenir stores, doctors, pharmacy. You might feel too comfortable to leave this neighborhood!
You can walk or bike in the neighborhood. While public transport is also available for going on a visit of Tahiti, it is strongly recommended to rent a car.
