Positive: Room, amenities inside the room. Nearly everything one would need was there.

Negative: Security staff, behavior, one of them eve-teased a female in the corridor on the day of arrival. Rude behavior, offensive by a black person with security. Cannot blame the host(s), however, it was a part of the overall experience. Most facilities are off limits, like amenities in the building. Also, cannot receive mail or courier. The place is definitely not suitable for long-term stays. These are personal requirements; others might not have the same for long-term stays.
