Hi! Welcome to my home in the heart of Toronto, in the downtown area known as Corktown. This condo is my primary residence, but due to work I travel a lot, which means I'm happy to share my place with you. All I ask is that you treat my home as you would your own :)
The Space
My place is a west-facing, 3-storey, 2-bedroom condo that features a private rooftop patio with a spectacular view of the city. The condo also features a real wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances and utensils, plus a recently renovated master bathroom with a rain showerhead, heated flooring, and an air-jet bathtub.
I'm located just an 8-minute walk to the Distillery District, a 15-minute walk to the Eaton Centre, and within walking distance to the St. Lawrence Market, Old Toronto, Cabbagetown, and Riverside.
My condo is in a small non-descript condo building that was built in 1986. Unlike modern condos that have hundreds of units, this building only has 8 residential units within it, and 4 commercial units downstairs on the ground level.
