This beautiful villa is located in quiet residential area close to Balangan Beach which about 10 minutes drives. It is in also close to few eating places. Close to other beautiful beaches. You need to have car or motorbike to go around. The villa is suitable for family, friends and small group.
This beautiful 2 bedrooms Villa is on the 180 sqm land with beautiful pool and 2 sun long chairs next to it.
You will be welcomed by beautiful front garden and space for parking the car. Enjoy the sunrise at the garden while chatting with the neighbor.
When you enter the villa you will feel relaxed by the open design of living dining and kitchen.
Living room sofa is made of rattan with green cushions with rattan table and Etnic Chinese style table cloth and wooden box on top. A few choices books and magazines for your reading pleasure under the table. You can relax watching TV ( LG brand ) and DVD ( LG Brand ) and 5 speakers. Some selection movies inside the drawer. Villa is also equipped with a free WIFI connection which indohome TV movie.
Next to the living room is the dining area with a beautiful wooden table and 4 chairs. Tablecloths and ashtrays, salt n-pepper bottle decorations. On the wall there is beautiful paintings of Cambodia.
Fully equipped kitchen is available if you want to cook. We have a full range of kitchen equipment and tools.
Balinese painting in the master bedroom. It has a private bathroom with a big bathtub. From the bathroom to the swimming pool you have access. Master bedroom equipped with AC and the brown butter strip scene, woodon beds, very comfortable mattress - Conforta brand, 4 pillows and decorative pillows and blankets
Include safety deposit box, bathrobes, slippers, hangers in the wardrobe.
Your private bathroom, you can see the view of the pool. You can be in a large bathtub for 2 people. "American" brand of toilets are equipped with garbage. Mirror, wooden box, wooden hangers, wash basin amenities.
The other second room with the Balinese and modern design equipped with AC lights high ceilings, also has a private bathroom. Wooden bed, very comfortable mattress and header, 4 pillows and 2 decorative pillows and blankets waiting for you. There are spacious wooden cabinets, you can put your clothes. For your convenience. We provide towels and hangers.
2.6 x 6 m pool, you can enjoy the immersion and dipping in time of day or night. 2 sun loungers with green cushion. Outdoor showers are for you to enjoy after a swim.
At the corner you can find small room with washing machines and cleaning equipment and tools a small storage area

For you who is the first time come to Bali, Bali is not heaven for pedestrian since we don't have pedestrian street and one place to another is quite a distant and also the heat. So wherever you go in Bali, you certainly need to take transportation.
Likewise if you stay with us, it will be easier to get around by motorcycle, or rent car or taxi. In the neighbourhood there are number of eating places, grocery which take about 10 minutes walk. Some of people still feel faraway and some still ok with the distant. So you need to aware of this situation.
The location is in a premium quite local residence area between Nusa Dua and Kuta area. Close to Kuta Beach 15 min via highway, Pandawa Beach Balangan Beach both about 15 min and Nusa Dua Beach 15 min via remote local way an in addition to the airport about 15 consider the traffic time as well.
You may take a taxi or rent car / scooters , I will be able to assist / recommend.
Airport Transfer ( maximum 5 seats ) oneway to our House is at RP 230 000
~Full day car ( 10 hours ,maximum 5 seat ) with driver for at Rp 550.000
- Half day car (5 hours , maximum 5 seat ) with driver is RP 400.00
- Scooter rental is RP 65.000
I would like strongly advise you to arrange your transportation mode during your stay in advance to avoid waisting time of your holiday.
However I still assist you to make the arrangement for car rental / car with driver / rent motor on the last minute, please bear in mind any inconvenience caused such as taking long hours to arrive, the possibilities no car available.
Public Taxi is easy to call but will take time to arrive between 15minute to 30 minutes. The public taxi driver mostly only aware the hotel area. Since local resident hardly taking taxi and also many new street or private street or private area coming up and the most unorganized thing is the house numbering not in order making the taxi driver not aware about the new happening places in Bali.
