Summary: Wow—what a massive resort, yet they somehow keep the service feeling personal. We had an amazing time with our kids and parents (ages 11 to 80), and it truly worked for all of us. The food and service at the Palace were excellent, and the entertainment was top-notch. We all had a blast—the kids especially loved the jet skis, and the FlowRider was a huge hit!
