The home was thoughtfully designed by well-known architect Ron Shaw and has been tastefully finished with the finest materials including travertine floors, mahogany cabinets and stairway, and granite countertops.
The furnishings are high-end, and the home is beautifully furnished.
There is a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area. Dinner is served at a beautiful mahogany dining table in a wonderful screened indoor/outdoor area just off the kitchen.

Each bedroom has an enclosed porch and deck area. Perfect for the morning sunrise to start a new. There are custom closets with built-in drawers and shelves in each room.

There is also a separate bedroom suite with its own full bath, kitchenette, and entrance for privacy for in-laws, nanny or older children. This 4th bedroom has a pull out bed only.

You may spend your entire time on the beach and not see another person. Offshore there is good snorkelling. If you snorkel father down at Three Mary Cay's you can see tropical fish, coral and perhaps a stingray. To the West is Parrot Cay Island and more beautiful beaches. Book your restaurant reservations or massage appointments. One minute drive to the Parrot Cay Ferry.

Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villas cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning with the doors and windows open, electricity and water is metered and billed based on usage.
