Positive: The staff was nice and they had a kitchen with fridge you could use.

Negative: They use Bukit vista, the worst property management company in Bali. I booked the wooden room (worst room for noise I’ve stayed in my life). I wanted to change to a different room (concrete room) because I was unable to sleep. This had to be done via Bukit vista and couldn’t be arranged with the property itself. This ended up being a nightmare but eventually was able to get a better room. That room was a lot better for noise, just the aircon sometimes started to make noise so you had to give it a wack. I would recommend not advertising these wooden rooms, the noise is next level, you can hear the neighbours whisper. Also, lots of construction around during my time.

Summary: The start was horrible, ended up being not too bad.
