Positive: The staff was very kind and friendly. I really loved the hotel grounds and the pool — everything was beautiful and well maintained. The room was also great overall, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. In general, the place left a good impression, and I would recommend it to others.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The room had dirty curtains and a dirty canopy. It’s not very clear why this is so hard to fix — it’s understandable that curtains are not washed after every guest, but if they are cleaned every six months, this should still be properly monitored. Also, the air conditioning was not working well, which caused discomfort.

Summary: A nice stay, but there is room for improvement
