Summary: We absolutely loved our 10 day vacation at Hacienda Tres Rios. It had the laid back atmosphere that we were looking for with our 5 kids (3 teenagers and a 9 and 10 year old). The staff was attentive and fun. There were lots of fun shows and evening entertainment. The food was great and had lots of options. We felt safe the whole time. We never had to fight for a lawn chair at the pool or beach....there are more than plenty (even at spring break time). Our rooms were very large and accommodated 7 people really well. The only issue was the location of our room which was right next to the sales office and ice machine which was extremely loud and woke us up each day. We would go again in a heart beat!
