CC's Cottage is a 3400sqft property with a large, open concept kitchen and dining area, a secondary dining room, a large living room, secondary seating areas and a billiards room. Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms, two of which are across the hall from the main 3-piece bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite 3-piece bathroom with a shower and tub. The 4th bedroom is off of the living room facing the backyard. All bedrooms have access to deck space to enjoy your morning coffee.
The indoor, heated pool can be accessed through a door off of the living room or through a patio door to the backyard. It is in it's own secure room.
Outside you will find a large front yard and backyard with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and covered parking.
