The house is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It is a quiet, well-kept place, apart from the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds, there are almost no other noises. It is a very romantic place, suitable for quiet and relaxing holidays as well as for honeymoons.
The house is located directly on the coast about 50m above sea level.
