Our cozy one bedroom loft with kitchen is awaiting you! Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood where you can rest your head and enjoy. We are thrilled to have you stay in our well lit laneway house, where you will feel right at home. Look no further, we can wait to host you!

The carriage home is loft style with a queen size bed, lots of storage and a half bathroom upstairs, as well as a beautiful private balcony. The downstairs has a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, oven and stove. There is also an in suite washer and dryer.

Guests will have the entire carriage home to themselves during their stay, the house located at the rear of the main property.

Summary: We had such a nice stay at Alex’s property in Marpole. The location was ideal and was walkable to the several restaurants and a Safeway nearby. When we first arrived, we found the downstairs to be generally clean (aside from the dirty rug). It could have used a sweep but no other issues. Then we walked upstairs and the bedroom and upstairs bathroom smelled a bit musty (like sweaty body order). We ended up walking to the Safeway down the street to buy an air freshener and didn’t end up using the updaters bathroom for this reason. The bedsheets also didn’t smell fresh so we washed them ourselves (absolutely loved that there was in unit laundry). Other than that, the host was super helpful and responsive. The check in and check out process were incredibly smooth and hastle free. I’d definitely stay here again!
