Ideally located adjacent to the famous Murray to Mountains Bike Trail, an easy 5 min stroll into town to shops and restaurants or a 3 min walk to the Ovens River.

Relax and enjoy the fantastic mountain vista whilst sitting on your private verandah and enjoying your complimentary wine & chocolates. For the more energetic, hop on the Rail Trail and bike your way across the valley to discover local wineries or call in at the local berry and walnut farms to sample some of their local fare or simply just take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and pine plantations. An evening stroll along the Rail Trail is great time to view the kangaroos on the hillside.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

This self contained cottage is decorated to give guests the "home away from home" feel so that you can relax and unwind for the duration of your stay. The living area is open plan and includes a well equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates and bar sized fridge. There is also a dining table and chairs for four people as well as lounge seating and TV/DVD.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the living area will keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer.

BATHROOM
A large bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. It also features heated towel rails for your comfort in the Winter months. A second toilet is located in the laundry.

OUTDOORS
Autumn Affair Cottage 5 features its own verandah with outdoor setting, umbrella and electric kettle BBQ overlooking manicured gardens.
