Negative: Getting access was very difficult and problematic. After Booking.com accepted all relevant information, at 8:00 pm we could not get in because they did not accept the id and photo of Perry Adamuik, whom they knew I was travelling with, and I had to send my id and image at night from that porch on my phone. They had not notified me that what they had been sent that day was not what they wanted. I also had to enter all my credit card information four times for more charges including a $2.00 charge.

Summary: Stressful. We almost gave up on the booked place and checked in at a hotel.
