Summary: Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Location is quieter than other local options. Still city noise but rooms are free from neighbour noise/ traffic etc. Everything is very tech savvy and easy to operate. Beds and pillows are fresh and comfy. There are so many thoughtful extras I can’t explain them all. I usually go to the Pan or Waterfront and they don’t compare to the Pacific Rim. I’ve found my new home from home…. They’ve been so wonderful with my Doberman as well. I just want to hibernate here. I had a recommended dog sitter come in and babysit for 3 hours, with full communication this was accommodated/ recommended. You have to see this place for yourself. So far, my favourite place downtown.
