The home has 6 decks including a patio on the roof to capture beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. Please note that for insurance and safety purposes the top decks are closed off and must not be used. Absolutely no exceptions. The front of the home directly faces the popular Mitchell's Bay Marina. The back of the home is on a private canal with boat access to the lake (approx. 250 meters). The lake is renown for its' perch, bass, muskie fishing and waterfowl hunting. There is a beach and playground area only minutes away. The private driveway can comfortably accommodate 6 vehicles on a dead end road. Please note that the third bedroom, one bathroom and the "Man Cave" are located on the lower level which is only accessible via the outside staircase.
