Positive: 1. It is in Sibujaya - near to airport, you can go to Sibu by the new road (drive straight on Jalan Sibujaya Barat then use Kong Yit Khim road) 2. Near to 24 hours laundry, banks, eateries - just 5 mins drive away 3. Quiet neighborhood 4. You can walk around

Negative: 1. Low water pressure during the evenings. It only get better after 9 pm (water problem is common in Sibujaya) 2. The homestay is behind a lot of abandoned houses 3. Communal parking - park at your own risk 4. Please throw away the leftover stuff left by the previous occupants
