Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We stayed there as it was under construction and remodelling. They upgraded us to a new room, but it wasn't finished —no hot water, just a single blanket on the bed. The safe is just on a shelf and not bolted down. All in all, not a good visit to this hotel compared to other hotels we have stayed at this year in Cancun.

Negative: Location was one of the good things, as we needed to be close to the ADO buses. The staff were helpful.

Summary: There with family before they returned to the UK disappointing end to a great holiday
