Summary: I booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com. But I was offered a smoking room because of lack of communication between the platform and the hotel. Since no other room was available, I was forced to stay in that room for a night. That was terrible. But with the ionizer provided by the hotel, I felt a little better. But this is really poor & I wasn’t offered any discount for this.
