Cette propriété est située sur la route qui borde le lac aux sept îles avec l'avant devant le lac. C'est un endroit calme idéal toute l'année pour les personnes qui aiment le plein air. Il y a des sentiers de VTT et de motoneige à proximité ainsi que le lac lui-même (et bien d'autres autour). La propriété est entourée de sentiers de randonnée de la réserve naturelle Duchesnay qui donnent accès à plusieurs lacs, zones d'observation des oiseaux ainsi qu'à d'autres sites d'observation de la nature. La ville de St-Raymond à proximité dispose d'un petit centre commercial, d'épiceries et autres. Il y a aussi une piste de ski à proximité (Mount St Laura) pour les amateurs de ski alpin. Le ski de fond peut être pratiqué à Duchesnay. En été, la navigation de plaisance est à son meilleur sur l'immense lac.
Cette nouvelle construction se trouve en face du bord du lac et a deux étages avec de grandes fenêtres face à elle ainsi qu'un wrap around deck. Il y a deux chambres ainsi qu'une chambre bébé / bébé pour les personnes qui ont besoin d'installer un berceau ou un parc (la chambre bébé est à côté de la chambre principale au dernier étage) .Une autre chambre privée est en bas, adjacente à un grande salle familiale avec canapé-lit et console de jeux Wii. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. La maison est dans un quartier boisé calme mais dispose également de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour les familles qui ont besoin de travailler pendant leurs vacances et de rester en contact. Internet haut débit Wi-Fi, télévision par câble avec chaînes françaises et anglaises, imprimante, fax et copieur pour les clients. Il y a des sentiers de marche, de motoneige et de VTT à proximité. Le parking peut accueillir 3 voitures facilement avec une remorque bateau / VTT. Le plancher est en bois dur à l'étage et en vinyle / carrelage en bas.
This property is located on the road that borders the seven island lake with the front of it facing the lake. This is quiet area great all year around for people who like the outdoors. There are ATV and Snowmobile trails nearby as well as the lake itself (and many others around it). The property is surrounded with hiking trails from the natural preserve Duchesnay that give access to several lakes, bird watching areas as well as other nature observation sites. The town of St-Raymond nearby features a small shopping center, grocery stores and others. There is also a ski slope nearby ( Mount St Laura) for downhill skiing amateurs. Cross country skiing can be done at Duchesnay. In the summer time, boating is at its best on the huge lake.
This new construction sits accross the road from the lakefront and has two floors with big windows facing it as well as a wrap around deck. There are two bedrooms as well as a baby/infant room for people who need to set-up a crib or a playpen ( the baby room is next to the master bedroom on the top floor).Another private bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to a big family room that has a sofa bed and a Wii game console. There are two full bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. The house is in a quiet wooded area but also has all the amenities needed for families that need to do some work while on vacation and stay in touch. Wi-Fi high speed internet, cable TV with French and English channels,printer,fax and copier for guest use. There are walking, snowmobile and ATV trails nearby . The parking can fit 3 cars easily with a boat/ATV trailer. The flooring is hard woods upstairs and vinyl/tile downstairs. The kitchen comes will all the necessities and the dining area can sit 12, complete with a gas fireplace. Electrical A/C in the summer.
