The property has a beautiful lakefront view with lots of light, surrounded by nature and many activities accessible full year (hiking, biking, tennis, golf, kayaking, pedal boating, ski, snowboard, skating).
Right beside is the Manoir des Sables and is a quick 7 minute drive to Magog with plenty of shops, restaurants and services catering to vacationers and tourists.
