Our charming cottage is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Nestled alongside a picturesque river, our cottage offers stunning views, the soothing sounds of flowing water, and a serene atmosphere.
Just 40 minutes from downtown Quebec City, it's the ideal location for a nature getaway, yet close to restaurants, tourist attractions and numerous activities the city and surroundings have to offer.
The cottage is built on a 95 000 sqft riverside property with two ponds. The yard and river are separated by a steep slope, offering a picture perfect view of the river and surrounding mountains. Having only one neighboring house, you'll have all the tranquility you need for your retreat.
The building offers three bedrooms, one full bathroom and one small bathroom. A washer and dryer, full size kitchen, all cooking essentials and utensils, beddings and towels are included. A Nespresso and drip coffee machine are also available.
For the patios, two dining areas for four and seven people respectively have been set up. The larger dining area is covered and lighted to enjoy your meal under any weather. A hot tub running year round is located on the bottom patio next to the covered dining area and BBQ, perfect for entertaining!
For electric cars, a charging station is available.
For the young ones, cutlery, plates, cups and a pack'n play are also available.
For pets, a dog bed, a pooper scooper set as well as bowls are on site.

In front of the cottage, you'll see the river and mountains, to the left of the cottage you'll see forest and mountains, behind the cottage more forest and mountains, and finally to the right of the cottage, the only neighboring house you'll barely see. In other words, nature is pretty much your only neighbor!
In Ste-Brigitte-de-Laval, you'll find gas stations, grocery stores, a pharmacy and a veterinary clinic within a 15-minute drive.
In order to get to the cottage, you'll need to drive on approximately 1,5 km on a gravel road. The access to the cottage from the main road is fairly steep. During winter conditions, you'll need a 4x4 or AWD and winter tiresto go through. One parking spot is available at the top by the main road. Parking on the main road is prohibited. At the bottom of the hill by the cottage, there is enough parking space for 3-4 cars.
Unlimited wifi of 60 MBits is included in your booking. Being so close to nature, cellular network from some providers may be limited. A landline is available on site for local calls and emergencies only.
A generator is on site in case of power outage.
