✦ The chalet has 4 bedrooms. The first is open on the mezzanine with a queen bed. The second and third, in the basement, include a queen bed. The fourth, in the basement, has two small bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the basement common area.
✦ On the main floor, we find the living room with sofas, television with a Firestick and wood fireplace. The dining room with a table, 8 chairs and a bench is located in the adjacent room. There is also on the floor the kitchen, fully equipped to allow you to cook. Dishes, pots, utensils, food essentials are on hand to make you feel at home. We even have a Fondue kit and a Raclette kit!
✦ In the basement is another living room with a sofa bed, board games, an Air Hockey table and a Babyfoot table. We then find the other 3 bedrooms of the house.
✦ The chalet contains a large terrace facing the courtyard, with a patio set and a propane barbecue.
✦ In the course we find the spa which is accessible all year round, as well as the fire area to spend the evenings outside, as well as a set of throwing irons.
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet in complete privacy, as well as to its outdoor spaces.
✦ By booking with us you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
Other things to note :
*DOGS*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog, not refundable
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be clean, must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbours and on leash when outside
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.
If one of the following rules is not accepted, we'll charge 500$ penalty after your stay.
*WIFI*
The wifi at the chalet is not the most powerful nor the most reliable. It is therefore not recommended for teleworking.
*TV*
We have a TV in the chalet but do not offer cable channel. There is a Firestick connected to the TV for you to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney + accounts, etc.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. We will provide 7-8 logs, if you want more you must notify us a week in advance, we will sell them at $ 1 per log. You can also buy them near the chalet, the addresses will be included in the guest manual.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
