The Kapur hardwood vaulted ceilings, beams and A-frame windows provide the rustic charm of a Caribbean barefoot luxury chalet. Three sets of eight foot French doors, which open up to the backyard sanctuary, continue the spacious interior open plan from indoor to the outdoors.
The serene outdoor area includes a covered gazebo with built-in lounge leading to a heated swimming pool. The home is 2,915 SF with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a mezzanine/loft that can be used as a den, media room or transformed into a 4th bedroom.
High standard, quality construction and finishing coupled with high efficiency make this home an incredible investment for any family or lifestyle. Kitchen cabinetry is custom made in Spanish cedar with soft close hinges and drawers and the countertops are custom made with African hardwood.
Mahogany stairs lead to the mezzanine/loft with Kapur balustrade and mahogany composite flooring on this level. Travertine tile flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Air conditioning units are all energy efficient inverter split units for bedrooms and main living area and basement.
