4. Upon approval, you will receive a Pre-Approval application form. Within 24 hours, pay a security deposit equal to ½ month's rent and a non-refundable application fee (details available upon request).
5. After receiving your deposit and application fee, our team will arrange a pre-lease virtual inspection.
6. Once inspected, you're ready to move in!
7. On the lease-start date, our team will provide keys or self-check-in instructions.

Due to new legislation in British Columbia, all furnished rental tenants must sign our Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement within 24 hours of booking and complete our internal application process.
