Summary: TV was not mounted conveniently, you need to turn your head 90 degrees to view it from the bed. On checkout day the car valets were more app focused with no assistance, instead of a personal touch. Given that it is a 5 star establishment, one would think a more personal experience would be the culture. No SPA services within the hotel, the partner facilities were not accommodating.
