Casa Marimba is a beautiful beachfront property located just passed the Marina Mazatlan. The large covered terrace and pool overlook the Cerritos beach, and provide the perfect setting for your group of friends or family.
This property is the lower unit of a 2-story duplex. Casa Marimba has 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has ocean views and access to the covered terrace and pool, as well as an incredible master closet area and master ensuite with luxurious Mexican style shower. A large flat-screen TV is also mounted in the master bedroom, wiith Shaw Satellite service in English.
The second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds and 1 king bed respectively, large closets and color coordinated ensuites.
The 4th bedroom is located in the "casita"; a suite separate from the main house, but still within the private property. The casita has a small kitchen, full bathroom with shower, a small living area, and separate entrance. There is one kingsize bed here, as well as a sleeper sofa. The casita is only included when there are 7 -10 guests occupying the property.
A workspace is provided in the large hallway next to the foyer. The kitchen is spectacular in bold blues and red. Full size, quality appliances will make this a space you want to use. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, and seating for 6 at the breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen.
The living room and dining room are large and open, and look-out onto the covered patio and Pacific ocean. A large and comfortable sectional sofa invites you to put your feet up and relax!
The pool area has direct access to the Cerritos beach (which because of the tides is very rocky in the summer), lounge chairs, charcoal grill, as well as comfortable exterior seating under the covered patio. The pool area is shared with the home on the upper level.
Services included are: Shaw satellite in living room and master bedroom (1 receiver), internet, gas, water, electricity* as well as 2 cleanings per week during your stay, and check-in and check-out cleanings. Secure parking is also provided at Casa Marimba for 2 vehicles.
*For longer stays, electricity is included up to $2,000 pesos per month. Any difference will be charged separately.
