This two story ocean view unit encompasses the entire front end of a personal residence. You will have complete privacy during your stay and contactless entry. While the space is used as part of a home when not rented, it can be closed off completely by a soundproof door that locks securely on both sides. The larger of the two bedrooms is located on the second floor and has a vaulted ceiling and beautiful ocean view. The second bedroom is located on the main floor along with a kitchenette, large ocean view family room with a vaulted ceiling and a bathroom. There is a pullout couch and a 2nd couch suitable for sleeping on. Located at the very end of a long driveway on a very safe and private lot. The property is very large and as such you will likely not ever see the homeowners (unless needed) or even neighbors and will have lots of room to park. The WiFi is great and there is a generator for power outages.
Fifteen mins to downtown Halifax. Peaceful, private, 2 bdrms, sleeps up to 7 and has a beautiful ocean view. Close to hospitals, restaurants, nightlife, museums, and shopping.
