On the 2nd level, there are 4 cozy bedrooms, a large bathroom and a last room for lounging in front of a movie or transform into another room. On the 3rd level we have the master bedroom with air conditioning and a great view of the lake MemphreMagog.
To enjoy the beautiful day, a beautiful private courtyard awaits you. It offers a BBQ, a dining area and a trampoline.
