Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was close to activities, restaurants, beach and offered beautiful ocean view (not the lagoon side). The two cleaning ladies on site were amazing, generous and helpful with everything they could possibly assist with. The cottage offered a small fridge and drinking water. There is no hot water but this is NOT an issue at all because the rain water is warmed up by the sun and if anything is slightly refreshing in the shower.

Negative: Because there is no AC, windows and door are wide open allowing for ants to make their way into the cottage and some do crawl in the bed sheets from time to time. They do NOT bite, but it can feel uncomfortable at times. The owner who is not on site lead us to believe she was offering bicycles free of charge, but do note that none of them are in working condition. It is only a pile of totally rusted unusable bicycles. Please make other arrangements if this is important to you. Also note that the facilities offer and very basic rudimentary shared outside kitchen.

Summary: Pleasant stay, beautiful view, amazingly generous and helpful onsite cleaning ladies.
