The Space:
This is an beautiful2 bedroom basement suite in a new build passive house , each bedroom provides a large queen size bed , fully equated kitchen and living room provide a lovely single sofa bed . The suite comes with a private washer and a vent less dryer located inside the room by the door beside the dining table, the entrance area has a small private patio for your stay .
Guest Access:
You will be access 100% in this private suite , also with your owner entrance and access code for smart key box.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
4. Please do not lose key , this is a very special key , loose key will be 500 cad to be ordered from Europe . its taking a lot of money and time ,hoping for your understanding .
5. Special note: This property uses a ventless dryer machine so please expect slower drying than of a normal dryer.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
