Our cottage is a short 5 minute walk to Salt, Fire and Ice restaurant, Leeward Cafe Market, a Spa and a Convenient Store, to name a few. The upscale Leeward beach and marina community is within a 5 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with about two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store, banks, liquor store, café, phone company, and bookstore.
Pelican cottage is ideally situated within an 8 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to four of the most spectacular beaches in Providenciales, Pelican Beach, Grace Bay Beach, Sunset Beach and Emerald Beach. Pelican Beach being the closest is about a 5 mins walk from the cottage and is located on the eastern end of Grace Bay. All beaches are public and parking is free.
