Summary: Wayne was very responsive and super easy to deal with. Check-in was at the management company closer to downtown but it was not a big inconvenience and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we got to Quail Ridge, there was a fire that we found out later was on the very floor the suite we had rented was located. We contacted Donna from the mgmt company who then contacted Wayne as the fire was so recent they were unaware. Wayne and Donna went right to work trying to sort out where that left us. Long story short, Donna communicated to us we would be taken care of regardless of the status of the unit. She left us her personal cell number so after our supper reservation we could let her know if we had access or not. The restoration team was on site when we got back there around 9pm and we were told we couldn’t stay. Donna, on her own time, met us back at the office and gave us keys to a comparable unit at Discovery Bay. These people saved our vacation and we were extremely grateful for the extra lengths they went to. A family of 6 in Kelowna during peak season is not easy to find alternatives for. I could say more but suffice it to say we would not hesitate to book with Wayne as he has a fantastic management company he works with to make sure his renters are well looked after. Donna was amazing and kept in contact with us throughout and reassured us from the get go that we wouldn’t be without accommodations. She also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was okay for us. Thank you Wayne and Donna for the fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend you to others!! Wish I could rate the property and the unit properly, I’m sure it would be 5 stars; I know the customer service is!
