Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, close to the ferry, bus terminal and 5th avenue area. Staff were lovely too.

Negative: Unfortunately very small pool, 3 loungers all gone by 10am with very little other space. No yoga or other activities happening (very rare it seems do they occur). The bathrooms also are very old and the beds are very hard and the elevator was out of order. Just felt like a lot to pay for a room without much return! Very busy beach round here as well- hotels take up so much of the space with their loungers.

Summary: Great location, tired hotel.
