Summary: There was noise late night in our room with music until 11pm. There was rooms around us being renovated with workers all around our room. We asked to be moved to the upper floor, as there were empty rooms available. I stayed for 10 days, two of them in their “premium room”, and they never moved us up. The restaurants staff were great as well as the food. The reception employees, not very “receptive”!
