Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Breakfast was good and varied all 4 days; they accommodated our desire for non-spicy food. Located off a major road so easily accessible but surrounded by nature. Comfortable bed & clean sheets, immaculate grounds and very friendly accommodating staff. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching birds

Negative: Since we live in Asia we remove our shoes upon entering houses and we found our floor had many small stone and dirt on it. The room was listed as air conditioned but the portable unit wasn't vented to the outside and the room itself is a traditional SE Asian style which is well ventilated to the outside so the AC was useless. The ceiling fan worked better to cool the room. The toilets & showers were about 70 M from our room and part of that distance was not under cover. Our 'private kitchen' was locked the first two days when we were the only guests and it was in the common area of several other rooms. Outside sounds were easily heard and interfered with our sleep.

Summary: Very friendly, helpful staff but more like glamping than a room with AC and price comparable to such
