You will enjoy staying close to the beach in this quality and well presented home. Just 1 street away from the beach. This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has it all, all rooms are large and spacious. Master room - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Bedroom 4 - 3 Single beds There is a central reverse cycle air-conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a large alfresco and patio area. Please note there is No WiFi TERMS OF STAY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Check-in is after 2.00pm and check-out time is by 10.00am. SERVICE We do NOT offer any service and cleaning for the duration of your stay. To avoid any penalties and/or payment, please leave the house in similar conditions to when you arrived. In the event that the property is not clean and tidy, the standard cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the security bond. GUESTS We can only be occupied by the number of persons stated on your booking application. We reserve the right to refuse occupancy of the property if this condition is not observed and your bond will be forfeited. GUEST PROPERTY All personal belongings, luggage, vehicles shall be at your risk at all times and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage thereto. No excessive NOISE We do not accept SCHOOL LEAVERS The house is NON SMOKING and PET FREE. PARTIES and FUNCTIONS are strictly prohibited. BOOKING CONDITIONS DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of 10% must be received by the due date to confirm the booking. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of the booking conditions. FINAL PAYMENT Full payment must be paid 28 days prior to check in. For bookings made inside of 28 days prior to check in, full payment is required at time of booking. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. SECURITY BOND The $500.00 security bond must be paid with the final payment. The property must be left in the same condition as when you checked in. You will be liable for any breakages or damage caused to the property during your stay, and all costs of repair and replacement will be payable from your bond at the end of the stay. It is your responsibility to report any damage or breakages. AMENDMENTS AND/OR CHANGES All changes to dates are subject to availability at the time. Rates may differ. Changes are permitted up to 28 days prior to arrival either by email, fax or telephone. CANCELLATION -All cancellations incur a loss of deposit paid. -Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to day of arrival, loss of 50% of total booking value. -Within 48 hours of standard check-in time, cancellations are subject to loss of 100% of total booking value. NO SHOW Any no shows (bookings that are guaranteed and not cancelled as per the cancellation terms noted above) will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be applicable.
