Positive: The location was the best, close to the Ado station and the 5 Avenida but not in the middle of the noise.

Negative: The first room they gave me smelled of strong humidity and mold. It was so bad I had to ask them to change room after one hour because I couldn't handle the smell anymore. Also the air conditioning in the bathroom was very loud. The details were not curated at all, the lamp in the room was so old and the mirror in the bathroom was chipped. The bedside clock had the hour wrong. The breakfast was poor. I basically ate eggs every morning and some pieces of bread. There are more sweet choices than salty. You had to order bacon and they would bring you one or two strips. No meat at all at the buffet. One day I went to the pool and the waiter told me about a promotion of 2x1 on margaritas. The menu stated the margarita costed 220 pesos. At the moment of paying I saw he was charging me 260 pesos, when I asked him about it he literally said "oh 220 pesos is for one, you chose the promotion 2x1 so the price is 260". I told him then the promotion shouldn't be called 2x1. Not a big deal because it's a small difference but either he doesn't know the meaning of 2x1 or he's doing wrong advertising. Overall this hotel was very overpriced for what it offered and the presentation of it. Only good thing is the location.
