Every room in my newly renovated first class apartment has a modern and luxurious décor, in the only apartment in the borough that is rented in the short term.
The centerpiece of my penthouse is undoubtedly the open living room, the dining room and the kitchen, where everyone can meet to relax in front of the television and enjoy a traditional meal at the dining table. You will be able to share the pleasure of preparing a meal in the kitchen with a neat finish, which includes a full range of high quality appliances.
As you would expect from a penthouse, the view through the windows and balcony is breathtaking. If there is a street just below the terrace, the apartment has full soundproofing, which means you will hardly notice outside traffic.
There are three bedrooms in my penthouse: one with a king bed, the second with a queen bed, and the 3rd with a queen bed. Two bedrooms have their own TV and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

My condominium is not only beautiful, it is also located close to the Gare du Palais, the bus and train station of Quebec City. This way, if you arrive here by public transport, it will take literally a few minutes before you relax in the penthouse and unwrap your luggage.

The penthouse is located right in front of the bus and train stations, so getting around Quebec City has never been easier. Public transport (train, bus, taxi, etc.) is easy to access.
