Take it easy at this unique and tranquil "Tiny House" experience. A Canadian cabin style with lots of windows on a 10 acres property, far from the road and neighbours.

Please note that there is no water on site. We do have heating and electricity.

No checkin/checkout on Saturdays

*We offer you a cozy and unique Tiny House all alone in the middle of forest.

*We have a kitchen with a high end induction cooking plates with all the pots and pans and ustensiles needed. There is also a small fridge and a toaster oven.

* There is no running water (obviously "no shower") so make sure to bring a water jug for your personal needs and to do the dishes before checking out. There's a sink to do the dishes.

*The queen size bed is equipped with a thick duvet with a flannel cover. There is a stair to access the bed.

*Outside you' ll find a BBQ with gas included, two Adirondack type chair (not available during winter season), a fire pit and strings of party lights for the ultimate outdoor ambiance.

**You have chosen this place to live a rustic experience unlike anything you'll live at home, we have carefully chosen all the material ie: (barn wood and antique wood that is scuffed and worn, wroth iron hardware that will a rusted look over time, copper plumbing valves and galvanized steel sink and tub that changes colour and oxidize with time)...if you're not comfortable with rustic environments, this is not the place for you.

*Cellular network is limited on site. NO WIFI for a rustic experience in nature.

The toilet is a state of the art ecological toilet made in Sweden, it's inside the chalet located underneath the bench where the top the bench opens up to crate a wall to give the user intimacy. However, please note that men have to sit down to urinate.

*WINTER*
*****From November to April we recommend you to have a 4WD vehicle WITH winter tires, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs**** The roads to get to our property and the parking lot are professionally cleared of snow. However, we can't control the weather and our team waits before the end of a storm to clean the parking. We do not have control on the schedule of snow removal of the roads from the city.

Our property is located in a country in which we have a long and intense winter. It is beautiful, however, it comes with some constraints that we ask you to keep in mind and be aware of.

Please note that you have to walk about 100M in the forest before to get to the cabin. It might be snowy.

PETS
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

WHAT WE OFFER
We have a regular coffee machine, we supply the filters and a 8x cup bag of coffee of every day of your stay, we also supply salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil, we supply bed linens.

Available between May 1st & October 15th

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 6PM. Checkout is before 12PM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5.Shoes and boots are not permitted inside

6. Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons in the toilette, it will the septic system which will stop functioning and you will be charge an emergency call from a plumber.

8. Party and excessive noise are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund.

You will have at your disposal a shovel and sand or salt with non-slip gravel if necessary. You use to clear the snow during your stay. Our team will clean the snow after a snow storm. Again, we can't control the weather and the end of a snow storm neither.

11. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

12. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

13. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable

14. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
