Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was very central and good walking distance to local attractions. Staff and check in was super smooth and helpful. The security/guards always had smiles on their faces and made our stay very comfortable. All the staff were extremely attentive. The room service always made the room spotless and the room was clean and very neat. Wifi was fantastic and fast Breakfast in the morning had a huge variety and changed every single day, it was well-prepared and the flavors from the local cuisines was such a splendid experience, The sky lounge on the rooftop had such a sophisticated layout with chilled ambience. The interior and designs were aesthetically pleasing. I could not fault the food in the sky lounge, it came out quickly and the presentation for all the meals were top tier.

Negative: The water pressure/heating system was confusing to use and took some time to heat up despite the video instructions provided by the hotel. Would be nice to have some extra soundproofing to the walls as it was easy to hear the traffic and other residents.
