Very large, bright clean basement suite available. Owners live upstairs and are available for questions and information. This suite is in central Grande Prairie, located across the street from the hospital and walking distance to downtown. The suite is in the basement so you will go downstairs to enter. There is also a train that goes by during the day and night. I have lived upstairs for 20yrs and don’t mind the noise but if you do the provided earplugs at night might help you to sleep.
