Positive: Location was great, facility was well kept and clean. The housekeeping services were great as well. There were roaches in the room, which was not ok. I requested it be treated during our stay, not sure if it actually was, but the pests remained the remainder of our stay. Running along the kitchen counters, on the coffee pot, on the dishes, etc.

Negative: Some of the staff was great, some were not. The pool was dirty regularly, the room service food was not very good, the restaurant was unpleasant to talk to every time.

Summary: I’d return the area for sure, and even though this facility was great for a large family, I feel the price was too high
