Summary: When we did the check in none of the VIP services were given. We ask for the sparkling wine and the lady said she thought they did not have any, but did not even checked. We then asked for a late check out and she said they were unable to do that. In the morning we decided to see if we stayed longer and Hotels.com showed many available rooms. I believe the person at the reception did not want to be bother with getting the wine and giving us the late checkout. Once we saw they just did not honor the service we decided not to book there again.
