The couch is new as is all of the furniture in this unit, with new Maytag stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dish washer. The 2nd bed room has a bunk with a full bed or can be used as a 2nd couch. You must bring you own linens, there are plenty of new pillows. It is 1-1/2 blocks from the ocean the corners have lights, it has a large deck with a patio set, umbrella and 4 chairs. It is walking distance to the bay where there is a park for children, fishing, kayaking, views of boaters and evening sunset views. why not bring your boat Ship Bottom has its own boat launching a few block away.
