This coastal retreat has a renovated kitchen and a spiral staircase that takes guests upstairs to the two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor of this comfortable and very clean home is where guests will enter from the parking area, which is directly underneath the unit, and has the primary living areas. Guests can enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer at this amazing location or stay close! Shops, restaurants, and playgrounds are just a short walk away, while the community also has a saltwater pool available for rental guests. To the rear of the property is a private patio with table, chairs and a grill. This home comes with two off-street parking spots (located under the unit by the front door), and the owner also provides one on-street parking permit. This permit can be used at any non-metered parking spot in the city of Rehoboth Beach. Please note that if you park at a metered parking spot, even with this on-street permit, you will be required to pay for parking. This unit is non-smoking. The owner will allow one dog with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be a small dog not weighing over 25lbs.
NOTE: This property has a spiral staircase that leads to the 2nd floor bedrooms.
