No unauthorized Parties or Events Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Illegal Activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Security & Safety Devices Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay. Lost Keys / Lockout Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee. Recycling & Garbage Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors. No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances or windows. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
